AUBRIE POLITO, PILATES TEACHER
• Aubrie’s Pilates journey started in high school, practicing Mari Winsor’s mat work videos on her living room floor. In college, she continued her practice, first taking mat classes, and then transitioning into private sessions. She fell in love with the way the movement felt in her body, and loved that she never got bored!
• Aubrie completed the BASI Pilates comprehensive teacher training in 2010.
• Following her Pilates training, she went on to complete teacher trainings in both yoga and barre classes.
• She teaches both Pilates and Elementary School, and has two young sons. She loves spending time at the beach, going for hikes, reading, and family fun.

Corinne Schwartz
Corinne graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Dance Science, is an ABT Certified Teacher, and completed the BASI Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with a Dance Specialization. Fascinated by movement from an early age, Corinne began practicing Pilates at just 11 years old and was immediately drawn to its positive impact on her dancing. Her passion for movement continued to grow throughout college, where she focused her studies on dance and kinesiology. During her time at CSULB, she had the privilege of studying under distinguished faculty and taking Pilates courses with renowned instructor Karen Clippinger. She has since taught at various studios throughout California and assisted Karen Clippinger and Lisa Johnson in Pilates courses at CSULB.
Corinne specializes in working with dancers, athletes, teens, and adults, and has experience supporting clients with a wide range of goals, backgrounds, and abilities. She loves that Pilates is versatile, functional, and adaptable to every stage of a person’s movement journey. Her teaching style emphasizes the mind-body connection, and the positive impact Pilates can have on both physical and mental well-being. Corinne strives to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients can experience the joy of movement.
Outside of the studio, Corinne enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, and adventuring with her husband, daughter, and pup.

ELSE GREEN, PILATES TEACHER
• Else has taught movement, health, behavioral change, and group fitness for 16 years.

• In addition to teaching, Else enjoys running, reading, tending to her kind hearted dog, and spending time with her four daughters, “…Who continue to awe me.”

FARNAZ FATEMI, PILATES TEACHER
* BEGAN PILATES ON THE REFORMER IN 2009 TO BUILD STRENGTH BEFORE UNDERGOING ARTHROSCOPIC KNEE SURGERY.
* SHE IS CERTIFIED AS A Balanced Body REFORMER INSTRUCTOR AND IS CURRENTLY PURSUING FURTHER EDUCATION IN PILATES TOWARD THE COMPREHENSIVE CERTIFICATION THROUGH BALANCED BODY.
* SHE IS INSPIRED BY THE EXPERTISE AND INTELLIGENCE OF THE TEACHERS SHE’S BEEN SO FORTUNATE TO TRAIN WITH AND THE PASSION AND CURIOSITY OF CLIENTS IN HER PRIVATE SESSIONS AND GROUP CLASSES.

* MARIA AIMS TO BRING A CALMING AND EMPOWERING TEACHING STYLE TO HER CLASSES, HELPING PEOPLE TO FEEL CENTERED, STRONG, NOURISHED, AND CAPABLE IN THEIR OWN BODIES.
* SHE IS ALSO A DANCE FOR PARKINSON’S TEACHER FOR THE LAST 9 YEARS
